Love this hotel very relaxed & all staff extremely helpful, stayed here a few times & never been disappointed, excellent position & will definitely be staying here next year .

Loved the hotel staff. They are all awesome...especially Eugenia at the front desk.
Don't stay on the 7th floor and have a room facing the extremely loud and busy streets (31st and 7th avenue). 2 days here and nothing but Sirens and honking horns. Hardly any sleep.����
Great location lovely people our check in with Charlie was amazing he was so helpful and friendly
