The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, however the rooms are outdated and the beds are very uncomfortable. Despite being outdated, the rooms however are convenient with kitchenettes and a spacious overall area. The air conditioning units rarely work properly and the rooms are stagnant and stuffy. The hotel itself just needs some updating but great staff and service.
This is so conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Today is a central park day. Tonight, a highly recommended Italian restaurant around the corner. $22 prix fixe menu. Then the debate! �
I was in the city for the Adele concert, which was across the street at MSG..... Easy access to and from the event. Our room was upgraded to a suite and very clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel and definitely plan on staying here again.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Couldn't have stayed anywhere better. Location, friendly, cleanliness, facilities the hotel had it all.
