complete lack of accountability, poor customer service, layers of incompetence and complacency.
Loved the location! The room decor was different and we enjoyed it. The service was great at the front desk at check in, by Stefon. When we go back to NY we definitely will come back to this hotel!
Very kind people en a good service. The room is very small but I only sleep there, so it's ok. It is a nice place, on the 7th Ave and very central!

The location, rooms, amenities and customer service exceeded all my expectations. Walking out the door MSG is right across the street, tons of great restaurants in a block radius, and spacious rooms make this hotel worth every penny. For years I've stayed at various Hilton hotels and this beats them all. Will definitely be back for future stays!! Great value and a great experience!
