Booked hotel and then read some of the comments on TripAdvisor. Slightly worried. Arrived to a clean suite on the 25th floor, very clean and all as it should, staff friendly and more than helpful. Is it noisy, well for us not really, hotel is on 7th Avenue, so on such a busy avenue it's fine. If someone wants silence then a trip to the outback is calling. Bathroom was a disgrace. Concierge desk had no playing cards. Hotel forced us to pay a "$25 service fee" on top of all other room costs, which equated to nothing discernible from the service I've received at any other hotel, and gave us $10 credit to use at their shitty vending machines.

Great hotel all the things you want it's spotlessly clean great staff wifi in room at no extra cost great location of the property is excellent, 10mins walk to most things in either direction don't forget your in the city that doesn't sleep and you've got to understand that sirens and horns are as much part of the experience as its diversity soak it all up and just enjoy it! 7th floor view of 7th avenue worth the trip will stay here again on future trips 5star thanks manhattan affinia for a great stay.
