This was my first time to New York. The Hotel was extremely clean and staff was fantastic. A big Canadian thanks to Skylar at the front desk, he made our hot weather stay into a very cool experience. Skylar thanks for your over the top service, and bottle of wine. Cheers

Best hotel and service I have stayed in, in Manhattan :-)
This is not a luxury boutique hotel so if that is your gig, this is not it. BUT if you are in town to do a show at MSG then this is the place to stay. Thanks to wonderful Andrew at check in who upgraded me to a minisuite with complimentary wine and water. I did not face the avenue so my 12th floor suite was very quiet. My party was meeting preshow downstairs at Niles so that was super easy too. Great stay! Will do again for next MSG concert.
