My family had a wonderful stay this weekend! Great staff, spacious rooms, perfect location! Will definitely stay here again :)

We love the Affenia Manhattan. We have been staying here for 15 years. The people a great and the rooms are large a clean. Coming from the south I am use to southern hospitality and this ranks right up there.
complete lack of accountability, poor customer service, layers of incompetence and complacency.
Loved the location! The room decor was different and we enjoyed it. The service was great at the front desk at check in, by Stefon. When we go back to NY we definitely will come back to this hotel!
Very kind people en a good service. The room is very small but I only sleep there, so it's ok. It is a nice place, on the 7th Ave and very central!
