The Affinia hotels are touted by NYC Go as a family friendly hotel. As I discovered this past weekend, this was not the case for my visit. There is an Affinia Junior program that offers your kiddos activities, games, stroller rentals. I inquired about the program and no one had a clue about it. Finally after 40 minutes I called back and all they had were triangular crayons and coloring pages. Stuff you get when you sit at a restaurant with a kids menu type stuff. This is our second visit to the hotel in the past five years. This place is the best hotel in New York City hands down.. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. As soon as you walk in the front automatic doors you are blown away by the cleanness, friendliness, and over wall warm vibe of the place. We stayed in Room 1419, and had a wonderful comfortable stay. A great Hotel and staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Plus it's on a great location "Time Square ". Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
I just had my wedding there this past weekend in the Fitzgerald ballroom. The rooms were large for NYC standards and the ballroom and the rooftop were stunning! I cannot thank the entire Affinia team enough for everything they did to make the event as effortless and as beautiful as they did!! Big thank you to everyone at the Affinia!!
