Manhattan Affinia hotel is the ONLY hotel we love to stay at whenever we're in New York City. The location is fabulous
The Dumont was a great location. Staff was wonderful, especially Hannah. The rooms are clean, big and the Sky suite views are amazing. I highly recommend to stay here. Easy access to take you all over the town.
Inexcusable billing errors that the hotel staff repeatedly refused to resolve. Had to contact the regional salesperson to get it fixed.

Can't complain in the room front. Shame they tried to charge me twice for the room due to a technical glitch but the staff we're happy to help
Staff are really nice. But it seems they will offer you an upgrade if you're dressed in a suit. If not the hotel is fully booked. Room ok, clean and tidy bed very comfy.
Wonderful location in Manhattan nearby to the great outlet of Macys ! Only thing is that no complimentary breakfast as they don't have any restaurant in their property. Fortunately lot of arrangements very near to take food and drink like Dunkin donuts, MacD etc. Very good to leave like apartment. I love it!
We stayed for 4 nights in May - room was quite good and you could open a window!! Beds were very comfortable and location was great, so easy to get to so many attractions. We had breakfast in the restaurant most mornings and dinner a couple of times. Service was great and priced reasonably. If I ever manage to go back to New York I would stay here again
