I have stayed at this hotel twice now when I have visited New York. It's such a centrally based hotel, close to everything. We had a suite, which had a small kitchen area, a separate lounge area and bedroom. There was so much room and the view from our window was amazing. The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. I can't wait to go back.
Great location, clean room. Very unhelpful, rude customer service. Won't be back to this hotel. Love NYC!

A big rip off!!! Don't stay at this hotel. How could you charge a delivery holding/delivery fee (5 USD each) without telling your customer when they checked in. This is really bad practice. You even pay less delivery fee when sending parcel from amazon to anywhere in the state. #badhotel #ripoff #nyc
