Much thanks to Dr. Knight, Dr. Franz and their team for taking such amazing care of our dog, Fiddle who came in with a foreign body and in need of surgery. From the time you walk in, to the time your pet is discharged the doctors and team are professional, compassionate, and provide exemplary care. I witnessed this not only with my own pet, but with other worried owners in the waiting room as well. Highly recommend if your pet is in need of emergency care.
I'm taking you to court ! That young blonde doctor needs to be fired !!! I took my cat in looking for medication because my cat was constipated. I know the history of my pet and I told the nurse I just needed medicine to treat the constipation and to not do anything to my cat without my permission. The nurse informs me they would just charge me $80 for a examination and then give me quotes and reccomendations on treatment without doing anything first. So then the doctor comes in the room who to my suprise is a blonde girl th... read more

While we understand your anger, we would like to set the record straight. When you came in, you filled out and signed a form that asks the question regarding if you want CPR on your pet or not. It also describes what would be done and the costs. When the technician brought your pet to our treatment area, based on the vital signs and how your pet was acting, it was determined that your pet was severely dehydrated and was in the need of life saving actions. Therefore, because you circled that you wanted CPR, a catheter was pla... read more
Had to take my baby unexpectedly and they staff cold not have been nicer or more accommodating to meet my baby's health needs. The receptionist, Aaron definitely deserves a raise as she was extremely helpful and patient on the phone prior to my arrival as well as after! Very satisfied with the services I received here. .
AVEC has literally been the biggest blessing to us as dog owners! Our sweet boy wasn't eating and losing weight, getting sick and not feeling well at all. We took him and the care and compassion, as well as the drive to make him feel better, overwhelmed me. I was so scared going into the appointment and every one on staff has worked so well with me, filling me in every step of the way and comforting us as our baby is in the hospital! They've gotten him to eat and wag his tail again and that's all I could ever ask for! Love l... read more
Sometimes things just don't work out the way you had hoped. Even with having to make the hardest decisions, the staff was very supportive, caring, and compassionate.
The staff was awesome! Dr. Barton was phenomenal!! Very professional and courteous. They saved my puppies life!!
The only thing I hate about this place is that I can't bring my dogs here for routine care! If this could be my routine vet I would bring my dogs here for everything. This place has top of the line care. It's like the Mayo Clinic for animals. My baby was practically dead, I'm not exaggerating at all. We really weren't sure if she was going to make it, she had been misdiagnosed at another vet and we didn't know she was bleeding on the inside. Her blood had gotten down to 18%. When I brought her here I was scared and confused.... read more
