I had to surrender my dog due to not being able to afford the proper care that she needed. The nurse told my family that we would be able to call in a few days to find out if she survived the surgery. I called after the few days to have a women refuse to give me any information about her. I knew when we surrendered her that she was no longer ours and strictly in care of the facility but to tell my devasted family that we could at least find out if she was alive and then turn around and refuse that to us, was unbelievable. Brought my cat there as he was having problems peeing. When I got there they took me in right away. Everything they were doing was explained to me with the associated costs. They seemed genuinely concerned for my cats well being. He ended up staying overnight and I picked him up in the am with the medication he needed. Even got a follow call the following day asking how my cat was doing. If you have a pet emergency I’d suggest trying them if possible
Folks here are the best! Thank you, Dr. Timberlake and staff for excellent care and professionalism.
My 13.5 year old Yorkie has a partially collapsed trachea. His regular vet pushed me to have a dental procedure which I now totally regret. His trachea became very irritated from the procedure and he began panting and coughing which led to his oxygen levels becoming extremely low. His tongue and gums turned blue. I rushed him in and they very calmly and professionally managed the situation. Dr. P was great as well as Cassie and the entire staff. Barkley and I thank you!
Thank you for taking time out of your busy night to look at my little boy. I feel a lot better knowing what's wrong with him and he is in a lot less pain and is comfortable now! Definitely a follow up appointment coming for him with his vet! Thank you again for your care with him. The nurses/vet techs were amazing with him and he definitely showed a liking to them.
