Took Son to Doctors Express this morning. In big bold red letters on the Windows " we see adults and children" well I go in a the lady, a nice lady and she says I'm so sorry the doctor on today doesn't see kids!!!! Are you kidding, why hire or schedule them alone on a Saturday!!!! Doctors Express at Webster Square, not good PR. Heading to Redi Med. Bad first impression.
Walked in to receive immunizations in preparation for an international trip. No wait and things went very smoothly. Much easier than making an appointment at the hospital travel clinic that didn't have an available appointment before my scheduled departure.
So great in and out within an hour including X-rays on a Saturday morning. Great place!
Went here with sick kiddo and I am a terrible patient but they were kind, professional and thorough. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.
Everyone there was great, short wait time.Liked the doctor. The only thing is they couldn't see my son because he was too young (8 months). They see 18 months and up they said. They were great for my 8 year old though! I like that I could make the appointment online that morning before leaving the house too!

Amazing and educated employees and doctors, didn't need to book an appointment, walked in and took about 20 minutes with paperwork due to being a new patient! Very pleased with the care I received, I have many medical issues and have been to different urgent cares and so far this is the one I liked the most! Would recommend anyone in need of medical care to go here! Please recommend to your friends and family! Thank you for the care I was given today!
