Awful! They are supposed to be offering free rapid Covid tests through the stop the spread campaign. I attempted to call them multiple times and there was on multiple days at various times and there was no answer and you could not leave a voicemail as it it always full. They suck they don’t even take mass health I’ve gone there with cold then they tell me they don’t take mass health when every urgent care takes mass health .
I signed up for the online check in since the wait time was listed at 45 minutes and we only live 5 minutes away. When we got there at our check in time, they stated that it was first come first serve and the wait was now 2 hours. We are now going to ready-med
Just got out, heard one of the CNA’s complaining about me saying “it’s not that serious” as if I’m just whining or faking the pain. I heard this from the exam room over the TV, that’s how loud and obvious it was. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and made me feel even worse than I already did. If I could have seen who it was I would have told her myself. I’ve seen better care and respect given to the animal patients that I work with.

Fantastic staff, friendly and courteous.
I made an appointment on their website because I was sure I had strep throat. I got there and was greeted and checked in promptly. The waiting room was clean and neat. They took me back after my intake paperwork was filled out and did the rapid strep test right away. I went into a room and the MA took my vitals immediately. Abysmal. Was traveling for Thanksgiving, toddler developed an infection on his finger. Called, they said bring him in. After taking money, they said they don't usually see kids. After taking him in the back and doing vitals, the PA walks in and says he doesn't do kids. Says he can recommend an oral antibiotic, and we can wait to see what happens. The day before Thanksgiving.
