The doctor talked about what was going on outside the exam room with his nurse loud enough that anyone in the next exam could've heard it.

I strongly do not recommend this center. I have been to the Waltham site and know others who were seen in Waltham and other centers. Clearly, there is no uniformity of care. Several weeks ago, I had a practice concern after my visit and requested a call back from the center administrator. I understand now, why my requests for a callback was not honored. Cvs minute clinic...better,less expensive,and faster....it took them 3hours to tell me i dont have the flu and i didnt write down all my symptoms so they wont test me for anything else....1 day later ...i have strep throat ...and they over charge.,,medford hospital has a walkin clinic ...,thats cheaper copay
I would like to thank all of you at Doctors Express Saugus. You now have treated both my kids and what a wonderful experience we have had. It is wonderful to know you are there for us, especially when our doctors office has a new policy after talking to a couple of people they will decide if your child gets to be seen.
Very friendly staff, great service. They will be my urgent care when needed! Highly recommended :)
Easier to see than my regular physician .. and on weekends too! The quality of the MDs at the Saugus Doctors Express is fantastic. Dr. Anthony Conti is exactly what I would describe as a 5 Star physician! I would recommend Doctors Express without reservation ... the office staff are friendly and they put you at ease; the physicians are among the best in New England.
