My family member was seen at AFC urgent care of Saugus. He was seen for severe chest pain. It took over 1.5 hours for him to receive an EKG. To those who work in the medical field that is unheard of and extremely dangerous. He then received two more EKGs and was instructed to transport himself to the nearest ER. At the hospital he was diagnosed having a heart attack with increased troponin levels. I had previously visited this location to get drug tested for my employer. That visit was smooth and uneventful When my wife told me she wanted to get a COVID antibody test I thought to go here. It took me a number of phone calls before someone picked up. I explained to the staff member why I was calling and asked if I needed an appointment. I came to this place yesterday at 1:00. I needed a rapid test for work. The woman at the desk told me that all the appointments were taken for the day. They only allow 25 a day. She told myself and the other people waiting they could NOT make an appointment the day before. We had to call the the morning of at 8:00 AM. I came to the office at 7:30 AM before they opened to be sure to be first in line to call from outside or make an appointment at desk. I have been trying for three months to rectify a charge on my bill and I have not been able to reach anyone to solve it. Long story short I got charged for a test that 1. I never asked for 2. Never approved of 3. Was never told I was getting and 4. Never told the results. I only found out about the test when I received the bill! It would be nice if they could even just pretend like they care.
The nurse checking vitals was horrible !! X-ray tech was very nice as was the doctor. The nurse though should not be there she had problem taking vitals wouldn’t listen and when she asked my pain level she was over the top , she kept saying really ? Like she didn’t believe my pain level was a 6 after a car accident .

Open until 5 the website says. Went in the door at 4:40 with Cheryl's 87 or old uncle hacking and coughing and was told the doctor was seeing his last patient, come back tomorrow. Who do you report this to? Shut this quack house down!
Worse doctor ever!! Didn't even want to exam me was so rude! Looked in my mouth from across the room! Never even checked my heart rate was a total jerk! Worse doctor I have EVER seen!!
