Checked in online for an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early like instructed. Receptionist was nice. Nurse taking vitals was very thorough and polite. The visit went down hill after that. I waited about one hour 45 minutes before the doctor entered the room. I was told there was only 2 people ahead of me and the waiting room was not busy. The doctor only took about 3 minutes to talk to me. How is it that he rushed with me, but I waited so long for only 2 patients in front of me.
While the medical assistant that took my vitals was thorough and friendly, the doctor was took quite a long time to enter the room and gave a less than five minute exam. He didn't give me a chance to ask questions and had the door to the room, walking out, while still asking me if I had any allergies to medications. Sadly, that wasn't the worst part of my visit. I've been their 2 times both with basic problems needing antibiotics. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend if your primary is unavailable.
Just back from vacation where I had a rash with pain all week. Went here today (Sunday) and was diagnosed with shingles. Dr was great and answered all my questions. Even came back as I was checking out because I had a couple more questions. Great service. So much better than my primary who spends more time trying to figure out extra stuff to bill me for than treating me (yah, she wasn't able to help a few months ago with my insurance to get the shingles shot.......).
I was there, for what I thought was a spider bite on my forehead. Dr. Told me it was a sebaceous cyst, I tried saying but I did not have anything there, before. Ok told me it was not infected, gave me antibiotic on paper wrote infection,. And treatment for sebaceous cyst. Got so bad. So painful ,and huge. I had to go to Dermatologist. It was not sebaceous cyst. It was acne cyst. Treatment that was written on paper made it worse! Have deep scar on forehead! They are excellent there. So glad to have a convenient place to go and don't have to wait for hours. They are professional and courteous. I would recommend it
