I got there right before 8, they let me in early I was seen, treated and out by 8:45
After a 45 minute wait in the waiting room (the website said about a fifteen minutes wait when I walked in) I was then put in an exam room for over 30 minutes without anyone ever coming in. When I went out to ask how much longer, I was told I was next...a few more minutes. This was the same thing I was told when I was put in the exam room. I left without seeing a doctor. I found it very unprofessional to leave someone in a room that long without even bothering to check on them or give an update of how much longer.
I made an appointment online, arrived 10 mins early and I was seen very soon after I completely my paperwork. Staff was nice and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Can't ask for much more from an urgent care center.
