I went in for a rapid covid test. I was 4 minutes late. This meant I waited 50 minutes and exposed everyone around me while I waited. Don’t go here.

Totally incompetent. Taking temperature by MOUTH in a PANDEMIC or you will be REFUSED at the door. AFC urgent care bound brook not the way to go.

I am not someone who normally leaves reviews, but in this case I truly felt the need to share my negative experience. Back in December I visited AFC Urgent Care Vernon with an extremely painful ingrown toenail that had become infected. It was a weekend or I would have tried to go to a podiatrist. I am so proud of Dr Oduku Paul. He has devoted his life to helping people, curing them from all sorts of diseases and infections and lead a better life using herbs and meditation. clerical staff is nice. Having chronic BACTERIAL sinus infections due to badly deviated septum always clears with antiobitic,Dr Silverberg refused to even discuss this tried n true treatment until and unless I agreed to appointment for c testing. Total bullying. Covid doesnt change a chronic condition, doesn't turn into a viral sinus infection. Not everything is covid. I have been going to AFC Urgent Care since they opened and always been impressed with the completeness of their patient care. I also took mom there for many years. Not only do they take their time explaining options and treating you, but give great post visit documents and aftercare. They have a very complete practice for family health issues and I have often reccomended them to friends and co workers Brian

AFC Urgent Care of Sarasota actually had the audacity to put a 30 dollar charge (must have been something my insurance didn't cover) in a collection account on my credit report smack dab in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic!!! Are you kidding me? This dropped my credit score 100 points!! Your are damaging peoples credit scores over 30 dollars in the middle of Covid??? Never in my life have I had such a poor experience, that I was inclined to leave a review. It started badly when I was told at the front desk that my medical insurance benefits have been inactive since 2008, but I had just had major surgery covered by that very insurnace x5 months ago. The front desk staff did almost less than the bare minimum to try and remediate the issue.
