For $115 dollar copay the doctor spent one minute a pat on the back said he would give me an antibiotic and walked out the door. Not thorough at all. Wouldn't go back
$50 copay along with my insurance to have my temperature, blood pressure taken & a pat on the back with a suggestion to go to the ER for stomach pain. Thanks Urgent Care for taking my money, charging my insurance & doing nothing for me. I want a complete refund
They were courteous and friendly. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. The medical assistant/nurse calmed me down and helped me to relax. I was the last patient they saw yet nothing was rushed, I was even told that I could wait until I felt strong enough. The name of the facility should be changed to Urgent Excellent Care. Thank you!
Really depends on which doctor you get. One guy was great. Spent time listening to me and talking to me... and then there's this another doctor, he came in & spent about a minute. I was rushed out. Couldn't even ask him questions because he just didn't care or so it felt. Last thing you want when you are feeling sick and vulnerable is to be rushed out of the room by a doctor who isn't at all caring. I'd go back but I'd ask to see other doctors. The staffs are all very nice and professional.
First time at urgent care I would go back staff is nice and place is clean in and out in under an hour
They are polite, caring and efficient. Totally recommend
I went there because I wasn't feeling that great. Everyone was really nice the place is clean and they took care of my fast. Definitely recommend this place.
