This review is specifically for the reception area, because the PA I saw was great. She was informative, patient, answered all my questions, and gave me options without pushing me toward one. I booked a time online because I was going during work hours and wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. Very helpful, it felt like i wasn’t even in there, it was a quick in and out from how quickly they saw me. Everyone’s so sweet and understanding.
I was able to get treatment here while on a five-day work trip with a layover in New York. After four days of a sore throat, coughing, and feeling sick, I finally decided to visit this clinic because it was close to my hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and compassionate.
