I had an amazing time experience with the team at this urgent care. I came in in an incredible amount of pain and discomfort and the nurses and NP took their time with me and made me feel so at ease in the midst of what I was going through. They really listened and cared. I will absolutely go back here if I ever need to again. It really felt like top tier care which can be hard to find.
So glad I chose this location to take my daughter today. Quick, but not rushed. They were careful and kind in both communicating with my daughter, and examining her. From the front desk, until our time to leave, I only have positive things to say. Will definitely return when/if needed!
Sarah the doctor and Connie her assistant are exceptional in their field. I was treated with care and even learned more about my issues. I will only go there in the future
This was my first visit to AFC Urgent Care. Seeing the high number of positive reviews for them was very reassuring and one of my daughters made a visit several weeks ago for an urgent medical need; consequently, I was pretty confident that I, too, would have a good experience. I was in Chattanooga for a wedding when I woke at 3:30AM with what felt like a knife in my lower back. Google helped me find out it may be kidney stones. I was able to select this AFC based on other reviews and showed up at 9AM for a check up. PA Rachael and Nurse Starla took good care of me through the check up and with meds administered at the office. Getting prescriptions fill was a bit of a challenge as it was Sunday before Labor Day.
