Incorrectly determined elbow was dislocated Facts: Took 3.5 year old daughter in after she fell and hurt her right elbow. X-rays were taken. Dr. reviewed the x-rays and her condition and he "Attempted to reduce elbow dislocation." After having the x-rays reviewed by other doctors, it turns out her elbow was NOT dislocated. For anyone who has had a dislocation "reduced" you are aware of the pain associated with it. I returned to the practice requesting a refund of payment. No refund was offered. Excellent Experience New to the area and... Wow! Front desk lady was as welcoming as could be (a good start) and helped with my insurance. Doctor took care of my needs and treated me like I've known him for years. I'll come here again for sure. Very professional.
I do not recommend this office. Front office staff was great... I came in with documents of my kidney stones. I had been vomiting from pain and couldn’t get to my original DR at the time. She came in never introduced herself and said I had a UTI. Well I saw my PP today and I never had a uti. Glad I never paid for the antibiotics. Awful service. She dismissed me after 2 minutes of not even talking to me. Terrible service.

Best urgent care facility in my experience! This week was my second visit in the past year and both visits were excellent. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen, the nurse was friendly and welcoming (and their wrist cuff for blood pressure was SO much more comfortable than the usual upper arm type). The doctors were also friendly and welcoming. They took enough time to ask questions and patiently answered mine. I definitely recommend this office!
I think this is an excellent organization and each year when I get that chest cold that sits heavy - I go, get seen right away and get the best of care.

It is wonderful to go to an Urgent Care where you are always seen by a physician. Educated and professional staff. Warm greetings from when you enter until you leave. The xray is a big plus
