Meh, could be better but it's a small business so gotta cut them some slack I suppose. I'll definitely be taking my business to a more professional establishment in the future.
If there could be 0 stars I'd give them that. Dropped off my item that needed repairing, and the lady that works there was very nice, so I felt that this place is legit. A few weeks pass and she calls to tell me that they weren't able to fix it but gave me other options, still no issue. A month passed and I called to get a status, and was informed by the gentleman that worked there that they were backed up but he'd get to it on the weekend. I had a great experience with this company! Very courteous, great customer service, reasonable pricing, I highly recommend this company. I had issues with getting my Quickbooks to open and was told by Quickbooks I had bugs on my laptop. They said they could fix the issue with the purchase of technical support which would cost me $600.00 plus....outrageous! I had a very great experience with this company. I have a old computer which I needed for class. I wanted the current Office and they hooked me up with more. I'll recommend this to any of my classmates and I'm so going back if I need anything else dealing with any of my computers.
I don't leave many ratings on here but I saw their overall ratings weren't too high and wanted to say I've had nothing but good experiences here! And very reasonable on the pricing. I accidentally stepped on my Toshiba laptop and had cracked the screen and thought it would be crazy expensive to replace it...I almost bought a new laptop, decided to check this place out and they replaced it with a brand new screen for super cheap...I think the screen was less than 100 and labor was cheap, and I paid for them to speed it up and... read more
