Bristol Bay. Just trying to get a card for the clubhouse. Phone calls go nowhere. Emails not responded to. Been trying over three weeks to close this out but am unable. Key fob to Mill St condos pool is not working. First notified HOA on 6-6-25. No response. 2 more emails later, and 4 phone calls - still no response. HOA # lands you in a call center, and you cannot talk to anyone local. After my 7th attempt to get this resolved, It was suggested to me to physically go to the HOA office. Unprofessional and very poor service and communication!
