Awful awful company. Customer Service is in the Phillipines. I call a,naperville number and get the phillipines. Be aware of that. My association has been with them less than a year and its been the worst management company I have experienced in 15 years at my property. I am on auto draft for monthly dues, yet 3 times I've been notified I am behind in payments and assessed late fees. Always the company is at fault. My dues are drafted by them without fail. The edges of the ceiling of my balcony ! No screws added to keep me safe at my balcony 🫣 What a “professional vendors” they have for us !🙄 The photos show how they "professionally patched the seams" . And it was last year July 16, 2025 . I was asking to redone it for my safety , but never heard any response since last year.

They over charge for their sedrvices and are a big ripoff. Run the other way and don't let your HOA bring them in!! Very unresponsive with a bunch of lazy employees that work from home and never come to the office!!
