I'm been having a problem with a squirrel living between the wall by my a/c unit for about 6 weeks and this people don't care I been trying to get the problem fix but no answer every time I call I speak to maintenance people but they never get an answer from the community manager Laura Smith looks like she don't care because she don't have the problem I bet if I stop paying the association fee she might care
If I could give this property management zero star, I would. My dad emailed them a month ago regarding the damages from a water leak in our home and they haven’t been replying. He sent a follow up email and still no reply.
