Advocate property management is about the worst management company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 27 years. The staff when you actually get to speak to someone are rude and treat you like your stupid. I do have to say they have a really good system of losing documents that are sent to them, then they blame you for their filing system. I thought my previous management company was bad. September 2024 I would like to update my original review from 2017 of Advocate Property Management. Our association has just undertaken a major balcony project in the past several months. Thanks to Shirley Pitsenbarger at Advocate Property Management. While dealing with a recent issue in our building, she stayed on it and kept me informed. It was very comforting to know we had not been forgotten and when the issue would be resolved.
Our hats are off to Carmice Barnes, who nailed an email communication to the residents of our townhome community today, regarding potentially disruptive tree work upcoming over the next couple of days!
