The hotel as a whole has definitely seen better days. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodeled or had a deep cleaning since the 70s. There is no continental breakfast, the breakfast buffet at Spectators (the restaurant inside hotel) is questionable, the decor, carpet, and furniture look like they’re from the 70s, wallpaper peeling and bubbling, rust spots in the shower... Had a good time. Rooms were clean, kids swam in the pool, staff was friendly and let us check in early probably because it was a weekday and they had the rooms...

Dirty and needs a serious update! The majority of the staff was SO rude. The beds have never been changed since that place opened and they are lumpy and ridiculously uncomfortable. We usually stay at tropics Ramada but they flooded and we had to stay here. We were hoping to like it as much but it was more expensive and WAY less nice than the one we’re used to. Beyond disappointed and we won’t be back.

To be honest, website looked lots better than the real thing. Staff was very nice and quite accommodating but ~ pretty dated rooms that seemed”dark”. Trolley service to Adventureland was very helpful. The “Inn” needs a MAJOR update to compete in today’s market.

Well my daughter woke up, started washing her face noticed blood on the towel. We looked all over her and nothing. She's fine! Ask everyone in the room. No one has a cut or bleeding. So we take the towel downstairs and show them. The receptionist was super nice! Manager says I will credit you $30! So then we need coffee. Rough start to the morning. the receptionist takes us to the little store that isn't even opened yet and lets us get coffee, 2 gaterades, milk and bug juice. Says she has it bc of what we dealt with! We just finished up hosting our daughters 8th birthday at the Inn! The staff was great! Our room was perfect for 9 little girls and the pool depth & arcade was great for their age!!! We had a great experience and plan to do it again in the future!! My daughter had “the best party EVER!” and it was a great time! Thanks Adventureland Inn for the wonderful evening away! We’ll be back!!
