Outrageously expensive for what it’s worth. These rooms are worth maybe $80 a night, not the $200 I paid. Choosing a balcony room was a miserable decision as I decided to try to sleep early (yet, I’m awake because all I hear are screaming children in the pool area). Poolside bar sounds like a great concept but it was incredibly understaffed with only one employee, to try to keep up with a full bar. Thank you for your feedback. Your comments have already been passed along to all department managers to look into the issues you mentioned. As far as updating our resort. We remodeled roughly 60 rooms this past year and will be doing roughly another 50 at the start of next year.
Love the convenience of it's proximity to the park as well as the trolley and the friendly and accommodating staff, but it needs some serious remodeling/updates. From year-to-year I don't think our room can't get worse than the year before, but it does. Our room most recently (checked out this morning) was musty smelling, the floor had something on it that we continued to step on, none of the sink or shower faucets turned off fully, the bathroom fan didn't work and I'm pretty sure the HVAC in the room has never been cleaned.... read more

This past winter we updated 62 sleeping rooms and plan to start another 59 rooms at the start of next year. We understand your frustrations but want you know to that we are aware and are working towards fixing the issues you mentioned. Amusement park is great but disappointed in campground. It was full of roadworkers and full time rv'ers. Even when checking in, was told the roadworkers take all the spots near the pool. This should be a family friendly campground for families going to the park not a trailer park for workers. Didn't feel comfortable letting my kids play at park and pool.

Thank you for your recommendation. Our campground is filled with Workampers that do work for the Amusement park and stay with us for the entirety of our summer season. We apologize that you did not feel comfortable during your stay. We pride ourselves on our entire resort being family friendly and comfortable for all guests and will strive to do better.
Jesse at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and Patti at the pool was very nice and did a great job watching the kids & telling our younger boy not to run! Our family had a great time & will definitely go back! :)
