Recommendedgreat place to stay, love the rooms have been updated
Used to be our favorite place to stay, but on our most resent visit it was awful. We had 5 adults and 3 children. When i first booked the room I emailed about an early check in as we live 3 hours away and I have 3 littles, I was told to come in and register and they would try to get me in early. Came in about 10 am registered, was told they are cleaning rooms and they would text me when mine was ready. Around 3 o’clock went back and checked on room, it wasn’t ready. we are so grateful that they had extra available rooms. we have reservations for the Ramada Inn. but they shut the pools down. without notifying everybody I even called 3 hours had because that's how long it takes to get there. so I called Adventureland that we were really lucky and blessed to get in room. Thank you Adventureland
Spend less time on Facebook making fake profiles pretending to be other people. Not a smart move MOLLY
My kids and I always enjoy staying at the hotel. We enjoy the pool. I do have a question, are the chlorine levels within range? It seems my eyes burn after swimming, and the water looks cloudy. We enjoy taking the trolley over to the park. The buffet at Spectators is really good.
We were not happy with our stay. we will not be going back. Rooms need some serious updates. The door going outside by our room was broke so all we heard was it slamming the whole time

had a great time over Christmas. Desk and housekeeping staff were awesome. If you're planning to stay just remember that you still have to watch your children. letting them run the halls screaming at midnight is so disrespectful. Thank you front desk for speaking with them although I don't think it helped
Hauled 2 kids and all of their stuff to the 2nd floor room, walked in and it hadn’t been cleaned. The pool room was so cold we could only stay for about 30 minutes before the kids lips were turning blue. The water is fine but the air can’t be above 70 degrees. We came for a Christmas present and winter break getaway for the kids to swim and we can’t even do that.
