Every time I try to book a room here, the pool is closed, and it’s never updated on the website, so you don’t find out until you get there and have very disappointed kids!! Why advertise this as a waterpark and tropics it’s laughable because it’s never open
Too bad this place closed
why would you close what could be a fabulous hotel, that could be the best place for a family with young kids . Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Owners should rehab the place for next season. That's just an idea you really need to think about .
