I got a lady by the name of Gisele and I couldn’t hear her and I let her know multiple times that I was hard of hearing with a hearing impairment and asked her to speak up and it didn’t appear that she did. I asked her multiple times let her know and she still wouldn’t raise her voice so I could hear so my experience is an F grade not even a one star for that young lady.
The visit was for 6 months check up and was pleasant and informative
