This is a poorly managed ER facility. It was horrific. We had to just leave after six hours. People moaning everywhere. Something about the entire management system just doesn’t work here. Go to another ER!

Good experience at ER but disappointed after doctor told me to call and find out further results. Spent a lot of time today trying to find out results with a doctor from ER telling me they didn’t send my sample for further results. Very disappointed with that experience. Not sure id go back with the discrepancies.

Honestly, overall experience was not great. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the doctor and nurse I had were fairly nice with decent bedside manner. I came in one early morning for chest pain/discomfort. Technically, it was still the night staff on when I showed up, just towards the last couple hours of their shift. Triage nurse wasn’t the warmest, and they were sitting in the lobby eating when I showed up and she kinda seemed annoyed that I had to show up while she was on a break, but whatever, it’s the ED. This place deserves a zero star!!!!!!! It’s horrific how our night went at the children section of the emergency room! We came in for my 2 year old, twisted ankle!!!! I mean come on!!! You expect two year olds to stay up allllllllll night waiting for a doctor to be checked????? Why not make the waiting rooms sound proof so each child isn’t waking each other up or bothering one another! Why is it a suit shared with two other crying toddlers at 12am??????
