RecommendedThe folks at this center are amazing!! From the moment I walked in Jerwan greeted me with a smile and wonderful attitude. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Five stars for him for sure! Then I went back and met a wonderful sweet technician Ellen! She was so thorough and polite. I am not used to such a positive attitude in the Germantown area. I could not be happier with my visit to this location. Five stars for everyone involved!!
I was helped by Danielle and Brittany. Both were wonderful and helpful. Danielle saw me standing in line, and approached me to process my procedure quickly. She had a wonderful personality, and joked with me as she efficiently processed my paperwork. Brittany was wonderful as well. She was cheerful, and walked me through the maze to lock up my stuff. My radiology tech was awesome! Brittany was very nice and listened to me when I told her to use my hand to find a vein. Thank you for only poking me once :)
Ellen, who performed my mammogram and Brittany, who performed my ultrasound were both great during my most recent visit. Everyone was friendly and personable to include the staff at the registration desk.
Omar at the front desk is absolutely fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and on top of things. I also had a difficult situation and he was the kindest person! Helped me a lot. Thanks, Omar!
While you CANNOT depend on the building signage to direct you to suite 203, you CAN certainly depend on receiving quality attention to care once you find the suite. Do not let your disarray in getting there disrupt the flow of the purpose which brought you there. Once greeted by Omar and the efficiency in which he checks your paperwork and sets you up for your imaging experience it is very clear the staff knows how follow through with the task at hand.
