Dr. Saul Berger of Encino performed extensive, unnecessary, harmful surgery on me without proper informed consent. At the time I went to Dr. Berger for medically recommended breast surgery, I was highly functional, physically active and healthy, and ran successful, meaningful businesses. I have gone to Mt. Tabor for 44 years. at first I had Dr Caldwell and then because he had so many patients I chose Dr Denker. I have received the best, most thorough treatment from him..he is the most professional, compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. He has usually taken more time for me whenever I have needed it. I have never had to wait long and I have always been able to get in sometimes on the same day. For the past couple of months I've been working with Jeff at Feather River Physical Therapy. After surgery to fix my shattered elbow, he was recommended to me by my doctor. Jeff is a terrific therapist; knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging. I recommend him to anyone looking for a PT in the Chico area.

The best? Where you people from India? I saw a doctor there I forget his name...worst Dr I ever had, good thing he died. Then I saw this woman not a Dr, but a np, kaitlin haws, what a worthless Dr. No follow ups , no call, nothing, sport again not a Dr. A np. What a waste of time go see a real Dr. And not at table clinic.

Here is the bottomline...AND THE RATING is 90 percent staff....TO MANY TIMES.....MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS NEVER RETURNED....EXAMPLE...Moving all my records to new MD, this is THURS...the day before, I made it clear that I was having an MRI the coming Monday..needed them today..or Friday afternoon late....THERE was a giant pause....WELL WE WILL SEE. Dr DENKER....is really good, although he missed on a sore knee I had,,,,BIG TIME,,,Now, Just got a call...THE RECORDS MAY OR MAY NOT BE READY FOR MY MRI....not what I WAS TOLD....... read more

I've visited this clinic twice and consider the care average at best. The staff is relatively friendly but the bedside manner of care providers is lacking. The time spent to receive test results from this office is excessive. Last week during a visit the care provider had a horrified look on her face when giving me an uncomfortable diagnosis. This hasn't been a helpful memory while waiting for my test results that were faxed to their office two days ago, and still no follow up.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this clinic and, especially, its newest member, NP Kaitlin Haws. Everyone has been patient with me when I've been confused, Kaitlin has taken the time to explain things, to hear my concerns, and to follow up. I hope that when I'm no longer on the Oregon Health Plan, I can continue to receive services at this clinic.

Best Hair Stylist Ever! When I first went to Karey at Mountain Air, i had just received the worst haircut and color from another local salon. In desperation I called around and Karey was so friendly, sympathetic and confident that I chose her. Wow! She fixed the cut and color (scheduled me in on a busy day for her) and my hair looked great! I have since gone to Mountain Air and absolutely love the way I look every time.
