Easy to make a last minute appointment, didn’t have a long wait in waiting room and waited maybe 2-3 min in exam room for the Dr. Excellent service
Very kind Ramon at the front desk got us registered quickly and was very friendly and the PA was very kind and knowledgeable she got me some antibiotics and got me on my way quickly. Highly recommend this office clean facility send newly renovated.
it was pretty fast from start to finish. the only thing i wasn’t happy with was the front desk/reception. the bald guy seems like he absolutely hates his job and was just miserable to be around. when i first walked in he said “can i help you?”. he did not greet me, he did not make me feel welcomed. i felt like i was bothering him by just being there… which is contradictory since this is a walk-in clinic. i work in customer service and i know what’s it like to sit behind the counter, it’s not hard to make sure people feel wel... read more
The medical assistant had the swabs in her hand to swab my nose for Covid and Flu but never swabbed me. She ran the dry swabs and of course they came back negative. The provider came in and told me my tests were negative and I told him she never swabbed my nose. He did it himself and my flu swab came back positive. He told her that I said she didn’t swab my nose and she denied it.
