We recently visited Advenir to check out their apartments as the location is quite centralized and a short commute away from work. Even though we arrived late in day, Monica made us feel welcome right away and showed us a few apartments until we found the one that we really liked. She then helped us with all the information we needed to begin the application process. Apartment hunting can be such a strenuous experience. This is why we really appreciate the welcome we received! Advertencia para futuros inquilinos: este lugar aumentó el precio sin previo aviso después de firmar el contrato, lo cual considero una falta de transparencia. No me he ido porque tendría que pagar una multa de dos meses si rompo el contrato. Además, no hay seguridad en el lugar y es complicado conseguir a alguien que recoja la basura, teniendo que llevarla hasta el tanque a pesar de pagar por ese servicio.
