I have been a resident here for a year and a month. The pool at legado Ranch has been closed since March. Every week has been a new excuse. Chemicals lacking now broken part. Every week you call they promise one more week and it will be fixed. Worst maint around... this is ridiculous.

I DO NOT recommend this place. The staff are HORRIBLE! They do not answer or return phone calls. I've called them 20 times and still keep getting people on a off site location who have never been to taxes. My lock on my door needs to be replaced immediately and I cant get a hold of staff or maintenance man. I went today at 12:30 when they open at 12 and the front office doors were locked. If there was a button to say HELL NO I WOULD CHOOSE IT. My apartment had multiple things broken upon move in. It continually falls apart everyday. the office has poor customer service and extremely poor management and their maintenance team is poorly trained if trained at all. I cant wait to leave and put this hell hole behind me. Just dont do it your better off ANYWHERE ELSE.
Los apartamentos son espaciosos y es un lugar tranquilo! Pero realmente cuando nos pasamos a vivir al apartamento que tenían disponibles, nos encontramos con pulgas en la carpeta, ellos atendieron al problema después de varios llamados y de luchar para que nos fumigaran! Yo esperé que por lo menos la administración se dignara a ofrecernos una limpieza de la alfombra o un cambio después de la fumigación!! pero no hubo respuesta alguna! I’ve lived at their Banyan Lake Complex in Boynton for over a year now, and I can say that there’s still the same shopping carts from the locals shops in the main pond/lake. The dumpster is always overflowing with garbage. At least the garbange that manages to make it to the dumpster, along my walk I’ll find rotting food, discarded yard waste, food wrapper, broken glass. And that’s on a good day. The building are all infested with roaches and other insects, and to call to get any sort of maintenance done or pest control good... read more
