People are playing loud music. No social distancing. Tenants are leaving their pets unattended at the dog park with no water in 100 degree weather for 4 to 5 hours. No one picks up after their pet anymore. Dog poop everywhere. It’s disgusting. The staff doesn’t care. Would not recommend at all.
Party Central until all hours of the morning. Staff does nothing to stop the loud music and partying. Grounds are a mess. No rules here. Ridiculous..
This apartment complex never fixes anything you have to put maintenance request in over and over again. My Refrigerator was broken for over 4 months and they only came to look at it once and never fixed it. Also don’t expect to get any of your deposit back I did a walk through with them and they still charged me ridiculous prices on the refund. Not very professional. Shouldn't lie to residents who come to them for help
After battling with the maintenance and pest crew for 5 weeks... we couldn't continue to risk our health.... After talking to the leasing office who can barley correlate their information we decided to move in. Very quickly we decide this was not the best choice. It started every morning waking up to roaches in the kitchen. Once the leasing office was contact about this, it went too smooth. We moved out last month and forgot a door hanging jewelry box on the bathroom door that was full of jewelry. I have been trying to call for weeks now to get a hold of them. My mother in law made a trip there to ask about it. They gave her the key to go look in the apartment and a smaller jewelry box that was INSIDE the jewelry box was sitting on the kitchen counter.
