My Mom Marie stay in this apartment for almost 2 years now, she was in one bedroom apartment after 9 months of her lease she decided she wants to move in 2 bedroom so she can have more space for when I come visit, they charge $600 some to transfer her ,the reason I'm writing this review is because since my mom move in to her 2br she only getting problem on top of problem it's under new manager, or assistant manager , she took a list of things that don't work properly at her apartment and bring it to the office , no one came ... read more
My apartment got flooded due to substandard equipment in the apartment above mine and because the woman upstairs is white and I’m black, they have no regard for the fact that my family is inconvenience with a wet smelly carpet, water coming from the light and smoke detectors. RecommendedAdvenir at La Costa is a beautiful and quiet Apartment and community. Living here for almost 2 years and I have no problem so far. I love Tracy and Alfredo from the office who are the property managers. They are awesome they always work with me and are very professional. I had no regret resigning my lease here. We have. Been living here for 3 years now , they have change so much . before they used to do social events like on Easter they would hide eggs for the kids , in summer they would have a cook out for the residents . It looks like they just worry about their money and getting paid . We have been complaining about our bath tub because it peels off and they just say we can just paint over it , it peels off so why would you paint over it, too many other issues but the maintenance team is the only great thing about advenir. My family rushed away from here three years ago. Had so much trouble with maintenance and my family was getting sick. Realized the apartment had black mold all over it. They tried to paint over it and never resolved it, fought us on breaking the lease. Finally turned the keys in and just left. A week later they acted like they had no idea we left and tried to charge us for leaving and for clean up. No thank you, would never pay them a dime. Stay far away.
I lived there for 15 months. The apartment was beautiful. I never had any issues with my neighbors. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, practically right on the corner of everything you could want in Boynton Beach. But the best part was the maintenance staff. Easily the best maintenance staff of any apartment I've lived in. If I placed a request, it was taken care of that day or the next. Wherever they worked, they cleaned up after themselves.
