This place has no concern for there residents SAFETY at all. My apartment got broken into and they didn't even blink when I mentioned it to them. I am so glad my my lease is almost over. Three days later as I was driving home I noticed two cops car, I stopped one of and asked what was going on. She told someone had just broken into one of the apartments. Advenir at la costa you should put camera's on your premises.
Worst place ever they have Rats, raccoon termites and roach infestation problem around the property and tons of break ins and Lisa in the front office has a horrible attitude towards the tenants.
HORRIBLE STAY AWAY**************These people are the worst do yourself a favor stay away. I been here for a while never paid late or made any problems even when they don't fix things when you report them. In the past 4 months my boyfriend car had been robbed and my recently on 8/29 my apartment was also robbed. They claim they have security but I've never seen them in the 2 years I been there. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate this team of people working at the office. They all treat you like family and when I expected to be given a cold response like most businesses give I was given a compassionate understanding response. Thank you La Costa my family has grown so I will be moving out after 3 years but you will always be the first place I refer people to.
This place is a joke! I moved in 3 months ago. When I moved in, it was roach infested and the bathroom showers weren't resurfaced or turning on. Now my AC has broken and they have yet to fix it. The office gets nothing done. I've wasted so much money on this place. This is by far the worst management I've ever dealt with. They charged me for pest control when I was trying to get the apartment to living standards since they clearly rented me an unlivable unit. The front office gets absolutely nothing done. I moved into a mess, it took 3 weeks to get my dryer fixed. They have big signs that say refer a friend and receive $500. I have fought for this money with them several times. Nothing seems to be getting done. If your the accounting dept. Please call me I'm in apt 7305 my number is on file
