very poor service dont take truck 2595 make sure when you pick up vehicle it is full of gas and check your paperwork. very unprofessional here. GOOD LUCK!
The facility is well kept; however, don’t get trapped by their “special” pricing gimmick. In august 2024, we decided to move our storage from Public Storage to this SmartStop Storage Space. This storage facility is always clean and you get to talk to a live person not a recording. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Clean facility, secure and great customer service. The units are just the right size as were described by management. Elevators easy to access and carts available to use.
we paid for a climate control unit and our first month there the roof leaked and ruined some of our stuff. We were very understanding and continued our rent for a year. When we went to the storage to prepare to move out, we had 3 vehicles that could clearly be seen on camera. The posted gate hours are 6:30AM to 9:00PM. when we tried to leave at 7:00PM, our gate code would not open the gate and we were locked in! we called and left messages and had someone bang on the door but the manager would not come out. Rented a unit online and then went in to the office to fill out additional paperwork and was greeted by Roger. Roger was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our conversation with him. The facility is very nice, clean and convenient for our storage needs. Would definitely recommend this storage facility.
