Their properties are infested with cockroaches 🪳 I moved in and the blinds were all messed up and missing sections and they charged me for it at the end of my lease and now it’s sent to collections, dirty business, recommend looking at other rentals, the interior looked like something out of the 80’s and the lady that owns the properties is real old and doesn’t update the units. Morris is a real nice town but watch out for the low budget rental properties like this place.
I have been a long term tenant with APM. Tracy and everyone on the team -maintenance, cleaning, and reception, have all been so kind and responsive. They are great people and I would recommend them to anyone that is a responsible tenant.
Tracy Eslinger Uher is an asset to your company . I was treated like I was her family member . She is a keeper , Do not let her go . Kind , Courteous and Definitely Professional . I would definitely recommend anyone looking for apartment to go straight to her .
Horrible communication. They owe me a refund from September and will not return any calls or give the refund. They requested a forwarding address, but still no refund or phone call. NEVER do anything with this company. They are crooks!!!
Honestly. If I could give negative stars I would. Just moved out from twilight drive apartments after living there for three years. Just found out that they told the people moving in after us that we let our dog piss and shit everywhere and that they have a lot of cleaning up to do because of it. First of all that never happened, the dog is house trained and I wouldn't live like that. They also would ask in the yearly renewal if there was anything they could fix but would never come out to fix it. My windows never locked in ... read more
