Been living in APM Rentals for over 15 years, great apartment, affordable and building management is really helpful. If you have a problem they really work with you. I highly recommend them, honestly no place is perfect but from the nightmares I've heard about other places I'm so grateful to find a safe clean place for my daughter and I.
Owner is a very rude woman. Good luck dealing with her if you have any issues.
Trying to get an apartment. It's $30 per person for background check and only renting to the people with money and nothing affordable. Waste of time.

This place collected my application fee and said they ran my credit and I didn’t get approved . I have life lock and my profiles were locked. Also my credit was never ran , there is proof . Kyle is a racist immediately started mentioning “baby daddies” during my viewing. So many racist offensive things were said . Kyle decided I wasn’t won’t an apartment because of my race. Do not apply or rent here. I make over 6k and have almost a 620 credit score .
