Horrible communication. They owe me a refund from September and will not return any calls or give the refund. They requested a forwarding address, but still no refund or phone call. NEVER do anything with this company. They are crooks!!!
Honestly. If I could give negative stars I would. Just moved out from twilight drive apartments after living there for three years. Just found out that they told the people moving in after us that we let our dog piss and shit everywhere and that they have a lot of cleaning up to do because of it. First of all that never happened, the dog is house trained and I wouldn't live like that. They also would ask in the yearly renewal if there was anything they could fix but would never come out to fix it. My windows never locked in ... read more
We have been at our residence for about 3 years now and just absolutely love it. Also with our apartment being hit by a semi Tracy put everything into getting us a new place and always had information for us and was very kindhearted about everything. Such a great place to deal with
me and my boyfriend have been looking for an apartment and thought the coal city one would be great, we applied and they had us pay the application fee, then took the apartment off their page the next day and didn’t give us any warning they were already getting rid of it then refused to answer any emails asking if it’s still available
