Owner is a very rude woman. Good luck dealing with her if you have any issues.
Trying to get an apartment. It's $30 per person for background check and only renting to the people with money and nothing affordable. Waste of time.

This place collected my application fee and said they ran my credit and I didn’t get approved . I have life lock and my profiles were locked. Also my credit was never ran , there is proof . Kyle is a racist immediately started mentioning “baby daddies” during my viewing. So many racist offensive things were said . Kyle decided I wasn’t won’t an apartment because of my race. Do not apply or rent here. I make over 6k and have almost a 620 credit score .
I’ve had a great experience with Advantage Property Management. Everything has been smooth since I joined their community. Tracy and Kyle have been awesome, always helpful, responsive, and professional. It’s been a pleasure renting through them, and I definitely recommend Advantage to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.
