Hector was nice, and very apologetic. Even though I had scheduled an appointment 3 weeks previous to my appointment date, the parts person never ordered my parts. He apologized, and took responsibility, even though it wasn't his fault.

Very polite staff! I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I worked with Ruth and she had a very caring attitude and is good at what she does. I received follow ups and was encouraged to come back with any questions or concerns. This definitely was the easiest buying process I have ever experienced. I HIGHLY recommend going to NM to buy a new car. I was told in CO there was no way I was able to get into a different vehicle on my own..
