Service department was awesome. Traveled in from Topeka for the weekend. Took my van by Friday around 4 pm. Valentino was clearly on his way out but he took time to look up the warranty info and listened to what was wrong. Check engine light had come on, had it checked and indicated a problem with the oil pressure unit. He told me if I brought it back at 8 am on Saturday he’d work it in for me, even had the oil checked for my own piece of mind. Cross threaded bolts, failure to put proper bolts in, broken lugs, loose air intake, improperly installed shift linkage, Wired relay to ground and shorted out the light circuit, screw in left rear tire, and being okay with calling the customer after waiting 8months.. way to go guys.. Service dept is not very helpful. They are always looking for ways to charge you a diagnostic fee. I brought in my Jeep for an oil change and wanted them to check a license plate sensor because it read “License Plate Light Out” and they are not out. They wanted me to schedule another separate appt just to check it out. Like I have enough time to make appts to get things checked out.
No pressure professional experience.
I had an emergency repair on a Thursday. They told me they were very backed up and wouldn't be able to even look at ituntil the following Wednesday, but I could have it towed over anyway and they would try to get it in. had it towed Friday morning. They were very upfront about what it needed. Worked with me on the warranty, which was not purchased through Dodge. They were able to get it in and and fixed by Monday. Hector was the service tech and he was very nice and helpful
Excellent customer experience everyone was helpful and very very professional and nice!...we are returning buyers and will be back again for sure!
