I used to liked the service Advantage Dodge, I’ve myself have bought 3 different vehicles here over years. With my 3rd & current vehicle I had to repeatedly look at the mess they left every time they did an oil change & I was not happy each time so they ended up giving me a lifetime of oil changes for the life of my truck 🤷🏻♀️ oh well it’s something. Then the truck is over 100,000 miles therefore no more warranty. The EGR cooler went out last fall took it in to get fixed Advantage wanted to charge me $2200 to fix this so ... read more

Our salesperson Rick was very knowledgeable with every aspect of our new vehicle, explained everything about the warranty the maintenance and controls and gave us step by step hands on experience to familiarize us with the new controls and gadgets. Very friendly with a great personality that makes you feel like he’s part of the family and not someone who’s trying to sell a car. I would definitely go back to him for my next car.
I went to Advantage Dodge for a recall repair. I made contact with Hector who made me an appointment which was convenient. Hector also facilitated the repair in a professional manner. I was very pleased through the entire transaction.
