Last week, the front desk assistant scheduled my appointment for today, Friday, April 24. When I arrived on time, they told me they had forgotten to record my appointment and asked me to reschedule for next week. This was my first visit, based on a recommendation, and unfortunately it turned out to be a terrible experience. There was a clear lack of organization and attention to customers.
I had such a wonderful experience at Advance Vision Care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Mrs. Fern was so kind and attentive, and Hailey was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the process. They truly made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Price was absolutely wonderful — thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made my eye exam feel relaxed and stress-free.
