Dr. White is very helpful and explains pros and cons very well. He has a great bedside manner and is very personable. I would suggest the staff be more fluid in their communication because each time I would call, I received different information from different staff members from payment to procedures. They are all very kind and sweet!

I am very please with the procedure and all over all experience. After the procedure, I did have a meltdown because I did not fully expect the visual of the procedure. I would suggest allowing patients to see a visual of other patients results before the procedure is done. This suggestion is for African Americans women because our hair texture is different and preparation to disguise the procedure differs.
