2 hour wait time. No apology for wait time. We saw Dr Gulati today. Nurse took detailed notes about the complaints only for the dr to ask all the same questions. Which means she did not even spend the time to review the notes. Schedule appropriately if you are always running late so you have plenty of time to review. I asked a question during her diagnosis and she was extremely rude with her response. Did she think it wasn’t noticeable or she didn’t care to be rude? Horrible manners. All 3 times they made me waiting almost 1 hour long and doctor spent less than 5 min. I hope they need to organize more time-wise from patient concerns.
Far and. away, the best-organized and most thoughtful, patient-friendly medical practice I have ever encountered. And at 78, that means a boat-load of competition.
