everything was quiet very well with the staff and the technicians and MRI except that the lady who exposed the whole body of mine to x-rays several times without covering the part that did not need to be under the exposure of the X-ray. I'm a cancer survivor they should have been more careful to me.

I am a Kaiser patient. The whole Pet Scan experience was frustrating and difficult. It was poor compared to the many pleasant experiences I have had at Kaiser for both the equipment and the staff. When I was on the bedding before I went into the scanner, I felt uncomfortable and unstable, my back hurt and I was very uncomfortable inside the scanner and felt helpless inside. The entire experience was excellent. Lovely building and rooms, very gracious front desk. As expected there were pages of questions to fill. The MRI machine was exceedingly loud but the technician got me earplugs and little padded blocks to help with it. The front desk got me a copy of my MRI in about 5 minutes before I left, and then validated my on site parking. Everything took about two hours.
Very professional everyone is nice 👍 made me feel very calm and relaxed 😎 my PET-CT Scan took around 3 in half hours. I highly recommend Beverly advanced imaging center! 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!
