I have hearing issue and technician did everything to make sure that I hear ‘breath in’ and ‘breathe out ‘commands. He offered to use ‘1’ and ‘2’ and was saying it loudly as I requested. He even asked another technician stay next to me and tap my shoulder one time and two times. I really appreciate his understanding and care. Unfortunately I didn’t take his name but sure you will know by date and time of procedure. God bless both of technicians.
