My first time patient referral. Very friendly courteous professional staff. Felt very at ease and welcomed. Large facility with amazingly large comfortable patient waiting area and perfectly centrally located in Beverly Hills + convenient on-site parking and validation. And I was seen for my procedure exactly at the appointment time that I was scheduled to be seen, and I was able to get two separate procedures done at same visit instead of having to schedule my second procedure and having to return on another day. Wow the staff here are very kind and friendly unfortunately the managing on the time of scheduled appointments are not effective. I requested the first appointment of the day which was an 8 AM timeframe. I was asked to be there 20 minutes prior to my appointment which meant 740. I arrived at 7:30 and was not seen until 845 and this was being the first appointment of the day. They definitely need to work on appointment scheduling
