Radiologist on my prior visit very rude. Recent visit wrong instruction were given . It seems that they over book and have patients wait a long time

Today is not a good day to ask customers to give a review. On a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being the worse, that’s what I give you, 0. I arrived at 7:45 for an 8:00 appointment. Waited until 8:45 before someone called me. Because of broken down machines and people rushing to get out because they had family visiting... I finished at 11:10am. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
I went there for a STAT brain CT with a WET READ. I arrived about an hour early. (if I was having a brain bleed I thought it would be better to be in the facility than sitting in my car). I was greeted with a smile. the staff were very nice, professional and courteous. They put me in an area where I could be watched. The CT went fine. No hiccups. Professional courteous and treats you like an individual.
Service was timely. Staff helpful and polite. Made an uncomfortable procedure bearable. Parking validation very nice touch. Makes me want to chose you again.
