Recommendedclean, proficinal and on time
I arrived at 6:40am for a 7:00appt. I didn't leave the facility until 910 am of which I was late for a family member funeral service. I informed the tech from the moment I arrived. It was the reason I scheduled my appointment so early. I have informed my insurance carrier as well. There is no excuse for anyone to be there for 21/2 hrs. for an ultrasound.
They were so kind & accommodating. I had been dealing with another imaging place in the area and they were being so rude. We ended up on the lobby floor from a doctors appointment up stairs from Beverly Tower imaging. I had stopped to try and make another call to try and confirm my appointment with the other imaging place. I ended up in front of BTI and told my husband We might just get lucky and get this place to help and not even have to deal with the rude Imaging place at all. This is usually a great place so I won’t ding them for the hour plus I waited for a 30 second chest X-ray !!!!
