I'm a performer (actor, singer dancer) and I was experiencing some pain and severe stiffness after working at Tuacahn here in St George. I sought help from the team at FIT Physical Therapy and they were incredible. After a few weeks, the stiffness had subsided and my pain was minimal, allowing me to perform to the best of my abilities. Thanks for getting me back to normal, guys!
Aaron Harward was very thorough, knowledgable and he listens exceptionally well. I explained some of the nagging issues I am having with my Psoas muscle and Iliacus. He took the time to make sure he addressed the issues and I walked out of FIT Physical Therapy feeling like a million bucks. I highly recommend anyone with physical issues/concerns/nagging problems or just need preventative work to go in and see Aaron!
I came to FIT Physical Therapy because of pain in my back which went down my legs. Aaron and the staff at FIT Summit location have helped decrease my back pain and symptoms. They are helping me to make a full recovery in order to get back to exercise.
Came to Fit following an auto accident. Had broke my back, left shoulder was injured, Two months of bed rest and a back brace left me weak, no endurance, unable to use my left arm and with considerable physical discomfort. Pool Therapy for my shoulder was most effective in helping me to get back some range of motion and strength in my left arm. The pool therapy resulted in significant loss of discomfort in my left shoulder allowing for some restful nights. Highly Recommend.
My family have come to this place for years and we have always had excellent experiences. They always have the delicate touch for the right procedure. I trust them with any ailments I have now and in the future
Fit Physical Therapy inside Summit Athletic Club in St George is wonderful! They have helped me tremendously with my neck and back issues. They definitely give you undivided individual personal care. I have gone to many Physical Therapists in my life and they are the best! Other Phsical Therapists quality of care dwindles after the initial assessment or the 1st couple of weeks. I had 3 weeks, 2 x per week, sessions of physical therapy at this place. The atmosphere is superior, love and respect shown to every person. I loved Karen and Chyann who took care of me and my needs. Thanks to their professionalism I am walking without a limp and the swelling is down after a knee arthroscopy that had complications. Karen you are the best anywhere. Chyann you are a wonderful aide and I will miss coming in to be treated.
They had very good customer service and made it a relaxing experience. They made it very clear about what I should do to make it feel better.
