First off, I'm not one to typically post a negative review unless totally warranted. Dr. Resig was great - very affable and personable. His abilities and those of his medical staff as clinicians are not reflected in this review. The front office is the the sole reason for my very poor rating. My problem is two-fold. First, my insurance was not billed correctly, so my claim for a regular orthopedic office visit and an x-ray were not covered at all. RecommendedI would highly recommend Advanced Orthopedic! I have only had one appointment so far, but the staff and Dr. Failinger were absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind, and organized. As a new patient I was asked to come in 30 minutes early, and I was checked in and set up in their system within 15 minutes of getting there. They took all the necessary precautions for COVID and I felt very safe. Dr. Failinger was hilarious and put me at ease with his knowledge and kindness. Second knee replacement done with Dr Papilion and as for the first one successful surgery. Dr Papilion is not only the best but also very professional and take all the time to explain patient the details.
